Very positive experience! The size of my ordered jacket was too small, but the process to change it went well. Had tiny issue with getting the shipping label due to some system error, but custom service handled it super fast. Shipping was also fast and the product itself is great! Very happy with my jacket! I love the Dogcoach coats!

I love the Dogcoach coats!! The sizes are a bit of a thing though. Some are a bigger or smaller fit than others and return costs are at the expense of the client. Still, best coats ever!!!
