How we make products better:

DogCoach Co-creation

The perfect dog-walking jacket wasn’t created behind a desk.

It was created out in the real world: on walks in rain and wind. With cold fingers, wet noses, and pockets filled with, sometimes, rather unpleasant treats, paw balm, and dog waste bags.

At DogCoach, we’ve always had a simple approach: we ask our customers — and we make a real effort to listen.

Since 2015, our mission has been clear: To solve the small and big challenges dog owners face in everyday life.

Not in theory, but in practice. One walk at a time, one experience at a time, one honest piece of feedback at a time. That’s why our products are never just “designs.” They are the result of dialogue. Of shared experiences. Of thousands of dog owners who have told us what works — and what doesn’t.

When we launched the 10th generation of our iconic parka dog-walking jacket, it wasn’t just a new version of a jacket. It marked ten years of co-creation. Ten years where small details — pocket sizes, the placement of features, or one extra function — have made a real difference in everyday life.

For us, innovation is rarely about the spectacular.

It’s about the small things that make life easier when you’re holding the leash in one hand and a treat pouch in the other.

Since our very first launch, more than 100,000 dog lovers have chosen DogCoach. Together, we’ve grown from a single product into a full collection of over 350 unique designs across more than 20 markets — all built around our 10 signature features.

But the most important thing we’ve created can’t be measured in collections or markets.

It’s the community.

Over the years, we’ve heard countless stories of DogCoach users meeting at shows, on trails, or in the woods. Conversations that begin with a smile and a simple question about a DogCoach product:

“Oh, I was thinking about that colour too — how does the new harness feature work?”

Soon, the conversation turns to dogs, training, and everyday life. To challenges and joys. To the life you share with your dog.

The jacket becomes the conversation starter — but the community is what stays.

That close relationship with our community lives on in everything we do.

In every collection, we select dogs from our followers and customers to appear by name and photo on the hangtags of individual DogCoach styles. And in our catalogues, you won’t meet professional models — but real DogCoach customers and their dogs.

Brave people who want to be part of a different kind of photoshoot.

A day filled with muddy paws, treat crumbs, laughter, and endless dog talk — exactly like the life our clothing is made for.

DogCoach isn’t just clothing for dog owners.

It’s a community built on shared experiences, love for dogs, and respect for everyday life as it really is.

Thank you to all of you — you’re what makes this journey truly special ❤️🐾
