Very positive experience! The size of my ordered jacket was too small, but the process to change it went well. Had tiny issue with getting the shipping label due to some system error, but custom service handled it super fast. Shipping was also fast and the product itself is great! Very happy with my jacket! I love the Dogcoach coats!

I love the Dogcoach coats!! The sizes are a bit of a thing though. Some are a bigger or smaller fit than others and return costs are at the expense of the client. Still, best coats ever!!! Awesome gloves! Based on their thin and lightweight material, I wouldn't have expected such warmth! I can even wear it for day hikes, well below 0°C. And they allow for maximum dexterity which is so important for dog owners. They are not only windproof and water repellent but repel dirt as well. Definitely worth buying a spare pair too.

I have raynaud syndrome and this year it’s worse than last year, but this year I became an instructor in our dogschool, so more hours on the field in the cold. It was painfull, but then a fellow instructie gave me a tip to buy the dogcoach parka and the gloves! What a difference no more walking like an pinguïn because of all the layers, no more painfull hands. Now its fun to help the people in class and be on the field for 2 hours in midwinter ❤️ I bought the parka 10.0 in preorder and because it shipped a little later then expected so we got an extra gift, one we could choose from a list so I got the belt bag and it’s super handy for my walks with my 3 dogs. I have everything with me now, I Just grab my parka, my gloves, my belt bag and the dogs with there leashes and we are ready for adventures! Thank you for making the best doggear for owners.

These are the first gloves that keep my hands warm and I can still get treats out of my pocket. These are a musthave for every dogmom but also for dogwalkers ;-)

I have small hands but long fingers and these were so small, the part between my pinky and the ring finger didn't even touch my skin. I chose size small, maybe medium would've been better. All in all, not quite what I was expecting so I'll be returning these. The inner lining of the gloves was nice, though. Information regarding returns should be updated also. Before, you received a return label in the parcel (albeit it wasn't free then either) but now you have to go to the post office and pay for it.

These gloves are perfect for cold days. The extra grip feature is perfect for leash handling, even saved me one day when I didn't have my strong mantrailing gloves. I would love to have a lighter early spring/autumn version without the warm inside layer as well. :)

My hands are 19 cm so exactly at the end of an S or beginning of M. Since I like a more tighter fit and I have short fingers, I went for the S. They fit perfectly. Really happy with them.
