You have 3 options to get help

  • Get answers 24/7 via our online chat, which you will find on the front page of the webshop in the lower left corner.
  • Write an email to customer service at info@dogcoach.dk - you expect a response within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • Call us during business hours on tel. +45 91 89 39 91 either Monday between 1-4 pm or Thursday between 10 am-1 pm. Please note we cannot listen to the answering machine and you cannot send us a text.

REMEMBER
You always have 30 days to exchange your items after your purchase.

You choose whether you want to exchange for a different size or if you want your money back.

The procedure for exchange is:

  • Order a return label on our return portal and request an exchange - you can find the portal here: https://dogcoach.floatanalytics.com/?lang=en
  • Print your return label
  • Return the unused item.
  • When we receive the item back in stock, we will send the new size.

The item must be returned unused with tags etc. attached. You are of course welcome to try the item on. You are only liable for any loss of value of the item if you handle it in a way that is unnecessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the item. This means that you can try the item on in the same way as if you were in a physical store.

How to complain about a possible defect in a product

If you discover a defect in your DogCoach product, let us know as soon as possible. You can complain about manufacturing defects within 2 years of your purchase (this includes zippers, buttons and the like, but not normal wear and tear).

How to create a complaint:

  • Create a complaint by sending an email to info@dogcoach.dk, describing the error and attaching photos of it.

You will need your order number (ex. #10016948), which you can find in your order confirmation. If you cant find your order number, please send an email to info@dogcoach.dk and we'll help.

  • You will then receive a reply to your complaint within 1-2 days. Typically, we offer to cover the cost of a possible repair by a professional tailor (e.g. replacing a zipper) or to refund or exchange your product.
If you purchased your DogCoach product from a retailer, you must file a complaint with the retailer.
