How to order an article

To order an article, place the desired article in the shopping cart and use the checkout function. Sie erhalten von uns eine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail.

Save the Confirmation E-Mail, denn sie ist Ihr Nachweis dass die Bestellung registered wurde.

Ihre Bestellnummer ist eine 4-digit Zahl die auf Ihrer Bestellbestätigung erscheint.
After the goods have been shipped, the amount will be charged to your account. You can track your shipment at any time via the Track & Trace link you receive via e-mail and on your phone. The goods are delivered as quickly as possible via GLS by our storage partner Bøgsted Lager.

Exchange

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for your goods. Die Artikel müssen unbeschädigt und originalverpackt sein um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. You can try it on in aller Ruhe - so, wie man es auch in einem Ladengeschäft tun würde.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we will take back your order within 30 days. Ihre Bestellung wird zurückerstattet wenn die Ware unbeschädigt und unversehrter Verpackung zurückgegeben wird. Please note that the return cost of €8 goes to the buyer's expense.

If you want to exchange the article in a different size, simply follow the instructions on the right side.

So send your article back to the warehouse:

• Go to Customer portal and follow the instructions.

• Please note that the return will be made at your cost and we will deduct €8 from your original order when we return the money to you.

• After you have created your return in the customer portal, we will automatically send you a return label per email. Your return will be processed as soon as your package is in our warehouse.

• You can expect a refund within 2-3 days after the package arrives in our warehouse. The refund is made via the means of payment that you have used for your original order.

• If you have decided to exchange, we will send you the new size as soon as we have received the other one in Denmark.

You have 3 options for support:

Warranty

In the event of a processing error on your DogCoach product (defective zippers, buttons, etc.), please send a photo and a description of the error via e-mail to our customer service. Remember to enter your order number so that we can help you as quickly as possible. The warranty includes no normal wear and tear.

Price

All in the Webshop angegebenen Preise contain 25% MwSt. Vorbehaltlich höherer Gewalt und Steueränderungen.

Return / Exchange

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for your goods. Die Artikel müssen unbeschädigt und originalverpackt sein um eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Die Rückgabefrist endet 30 Tage nach dem Tag, an dem Sie:

• Have you received your goods or
• den letzten Artikel aus einer Bestellung von meheren verschiedenen, einzeln gelifterten Artikeln erhalten haben

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you would like to cancel your purchase by contacting us info@dogcoach.dk turn around. Please remember to enter your order number.

Zustand der zurückgesandten Waren

Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Ware nur aufkommen wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Ware nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihr zurückzuführen ist. In other words - you can try the article in the same way as you would try it in a real shop.

Wenn der Artikel über die erlaubte Anprobe hinaus benutzung wurde, we unfortunately cannot accept it as a return. In this case, a refund of the purchase price is excluded.

Refund of purchase prices

The complaint

All purchases are subject to the Danish Handelsgesetz.

If you shop at DogCoach.dk, you have 24 months time to submit a complaint. Dies bedeutet dass Sie den Artikel je nach Situation either reparieren, ersenten, erstenchen oder rabbattieren lassen können.

Natürlich ist es erforderlich, dass die Reklammation berechtigt ist und der Mangel nicht durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch des Produkts oderes schädigendes Verhalten entstanden ist. Attention Sie bitte, dass es sich bei den Reklamentationn um Produktionsfehler o.ä. handeln kann, nicht aber um Schäden, die durch den Gebrauch entstanden sind.

How quickly should I submit a complaint?

Sie müssen innerhalb einer "angemessenen Zeit" reklamieren, nachdem Sie den Lack an dem Artikel entdeckt haben. Wenn Sie innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach Entdeckung eines Mangels reklamieren, gilt die Reklama als fristgerecht.

The complaint could be entered under Angabe der Bestellnummer an info@dogcoach.dk mit einem Photo und einer einer detailed Description des Mangels gesendt werden.

Wir replacen die Versandkosten

If the complaint is justified, the accompanying Rücksendeschein will of course not be invoiced.

We need the following information when you send the article to us:

Order number and a copy of your order confirmation. Please provide as detailed a description of the problem as possible during the Rücksendung des Artikel.
