If it doesn't fit, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

However, remember that the clothing must be returned with unbroken packaging, i.e. that the handles (tags) must still be on.

The safest and cheapest option is to order a return label directly from us here , which can either be printed and attached to your order or made as a QR code if you do not have a printer.
You can show the QR code on your phone at the nearest GLS parcel shop and they will print a label for you.

The bag you received your order in has a practical resealable feature, so you can use it again without having to use tape.
