About this masterclass:

Why do dog fitness and what is Paws In Shape?

Isn't it enough that our dogs go on long walks and maybe even play with other dogs every now and then? - At least that also provides exercise!

But even the most comfortable couch dog needs to strengthen his body to achieve the greatest possible well-being, and our family dogs are also at risk of injury if they do not have a foundation of balance and strength resources in their bodies.

Our family dogs can get injured while jumping after a thrown ball, or if they are playing with another dog and, for example, lie around and get one of their legs slightly pinched.
They can easily get injured without us noticing, and then for a period of time they will begin to relieve their soreness in their bodies with more or less appropriate movement patterns, which may risk causing them long-term pain.

Katrine from Tænkehunden votes that we create a foundation of strength, flexibility and balance for our dogs so that we can keep them healthy and fit for as long as possible.

Paws In Form is an offshoot of dog fitness, where Katrine spices up the fitness exercises with self-confidence training and empowerment training.

At Paws in Shape, Katrine has a sharp focus on how the exercises are done, so that your dog not only gets something physical out of the training, but is also stimulated mentally and thus strengthened in body and mind.
