New year and new goals?

Nyt år og nye mål?

We hope you are off to a great start in the new year and are ready to set new goals for yourself and your best friend.

Even if you don't play competitive sports, goals and intentions can be a good idea to bring more fun into everyday life for both dog and owner.

Maybe you lack inspiration?
Don't worry, we've put together some for you here.

Training goals :
Achieve specific training goals such as learning a new sport, walking well on a leash, or getting a solid recall.

Health :
For example, set a goal for an ideal weight for your dog and what you will do to keep it there.

Dog language
:
Learn more about how your dog speaks to you so you can strengthen your collaboration even more.

Fur care and hygiene :
Make your dog comfortable with handling so you can easily brush it, trim its claws, or do other things.

Screen-free quality time:
Set aside time each week to do what your dog loves most - whether it's training, playing, walking or cuddling on the couch together.

Mental stimulation :
Provide mental stimulation through interactive toys, puzzles, or training exercises to keep your dog's mind active.

Community
:
Participate in new dog-friendly events, training classes, or by finding new friends with cute dogs.

Behavioral challenges:
Work on any specific behavioral issues or challenges your dog may have, and seek professional help if necessary.

Psst!
Remember, our DogCoach family is ready with lots of inspiration for you in the online masterclasses that can help you achieve more of these goals!
