Blizzard(s) and little sister

Snestorm(e) og lillesøster

In my last blog I wrote that I love snow... I do too, but not quite in the quantities and in the way we've had it on and off for the past month. We've had one snowstorm after another, so crazy that it's been impossible to go for a walk and play in the snow - and then it's just too much. In between the snowstorms I've of course played and enjoyed the snow☃️but now I need sun and summer, my spots need sun and warmth very soon🤞

The good side of a snowstorm is that mom and dad are home more and we just cuddle and cuddle all day, I really like that! Nice when no one can come to work or go riding, it's just quality time for the 3 of us❤️

But now "the 3 of us" is probably a thing of the past, because I've got a little sister😳 at least that's what my parents say, I still imagine her going back home to where she came from at some point🤔. I definitely expected to be an only child forever...

Her name is Bella, she is 9 weeks old and arrived 4 days ago (and is still here!). I started to be quite angry with her, because she is a little annoying, and she needs to know her place. But I couldn't, she got a little scared of me. But I have to promise that she is not scared anymore, full speed ahead of her and she scolds me a lot. Does and nibbles. I try to be careful, because I don't really know what she can stand, and I'm afraid mom and dad will get mad at me. They say it's ok to put her in her place when she is strict, but I find it difficult... either I'm too "good" or I'm too angry... hmm it's not easy with those babies! She is very small, but it seems like she hasn't really understood it herself. We played and tumbled a bit today, and I got a lot of praise for my "patience" and that I wasn't too hard. When I play with my cousin Hannibal, we can be quite violent, and she (according to mom and dad) can't quite handle that yet. Even though she's quite annoying and gets into violent play all the time🙄 I think they're afraid I'll eat her, and I have to admit that the thought has crossed my mind, she's no bigger than a rat🐀😂 but hey, I've promised to behave myself, and mom and dad have promised me in return that I'll probably be happy with her, someday....

I hope that in the next blog I can write about sun and warmth🙏☀️🐶

Best wishes for an early spring!
