You know that? You see your little, soft-furred dog waddling past you, with a wagging tail and a cheeky look. And you're overwhelmed by the feeling of really CRUSHING the thing. Like you really crush it!!
PellePirat has been my darling since he was a puppy. I followed him since he was tiny because I am friends with his breeder. PellePirat has always had a special place in my heart.
He also instantly had a special place in both Kyimo and Ella's hearts. When he moved in as a little, cuddly puppy, they cuddled and cuddled with him from day one.
He has also always been the only male in the house, so it took a little getting used to when he suddenly had to live with my boyfriend too. He is used to being my favorite... and suddenly there was both an Olli and a Maks to share with...
Maks quickly learned that there are special PellePirat rules in the house. It may well be that he was trying to get us to follow his rules, since we actually moved in with him - but then, PellePirat doesn't let himself be limited by small rules.
A PellePirat can and must do pretty much whatever he wants, because he is PellePirat. And when he tops everything with his special Pirate charm, it happens that you can't get mad at him. The Pirate often rolls around in joy and wants to lie in your arms and cuddle, imagine that you can contain so much love for a small dog.
Everyone who gets to know him loves him, everyone who has seen him knows him because of his appearance and funny stories, which I retell for him, so that more people can enjoy funny Pirate Tales.
My heart holds so much Pirate love that I can sometimes be surprised by how much love I hold for him. Unconditional love, where you will go to really, really far to make sure he is happy.
Sometimes I find myself looking at him and being filled with so much love that I think my heart is going to burst. Just think that such a little black and white lump of fur can have so much personality and so much love for all of us.
