automatically send you a return label and will process your return when your package has arrived to our warehouse.

You can expect the money back 2-3 days after we recieve the package in our warehouse and the amount is refunded trough the means of payment you used on your original order.

Our measurements are standard European and tend to be a bit to the large size.

We work remotely and are located all over Denmark.

We have decided not to spend a lot of money on fancy office addresses - but instead to stay home and get to enjoy the cutest four-legged company.

We offer a full right of return within 30 days, and any complaints are processed in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (a two-year legal warranty on manufacturing defects)

Should there be a manufacturing defect on your DogCoach product (zippers, buttons, or other defects), you can always make a complaint at https://dogcoach-aps.webshipper.io/returns_public/5 or contact us at info@dogcoach.dk

The right of complaint does not deal with defects caused by use or ordinary wear and tear.

If you need to exchange your product to a different size, it's super easy.

Within 30 days, you can return the wrong size if the item is returned and unused with tags etc. still on. Like you'd tried it on in a store.

Yes. We offer worldwide delivery with free shipping on orders over 135 EUR.

The shipping costs varies depending on the country your order is being shipped to.

Shipping costs can be seen on the website during checkout, but before payment is made.

All of our collections are specially designed limited editions. This means that we receive 1-2 collections every season.

We have very few basic products products in our range.

We develop, optimize and design on an ongoing basis and usually about 10-12 months in advance.

As a result, it can take time to implement feedback into our collections.

Even though DogCoach is a fast-growing company, we stick to our philosophy about keeping close relations to our customers and creating co-designed styles after feedback from followers and ambassadors. 

As manufacturers, we have a great responsibility to ensure that we do not flood the market with clothes. We do not want DogCoach to contribute to the whole “use-and-throw-away” culture.

That is why our collections are always of high quality and have a long durability – just as we always only have a limited number of each style.

Moreover, we are continually striving to minimize plastic usage in our packaging. In 2022, we made a significant shift to recyclable plastic packaging after discovering that cotton bags, contrary to popular belief, had a more detrimental environmental impact.
