Order a GLS-label at www.returpakke.dk. It’s the cheapest and safest way for you to return the product(s) and we can track your parcel. In Denmark it costs 59,00DKK to send a package weighing up to 5kg.

However, we cannot promise that you can try on the products at the warehouse. You can try to contact the warehouse and ask if you can visit during opening hours to either deposit a parcel or try on a product.
Otherwise our products can be seen, tried on and bought at our retailers all over the country.
Check our size guide, where we have specified height, weight and other body measurements according to our sizes.
As of our fall collection 2019 (dog jacket vol. 4.0), we have standardized the measurements for all our products.
So, if you use a size L in the Dog walking jacket vol. 4.0, then you will also fit a size L in our new Sprinter Pro shirt and vest.
Remember that all the body measurements are without clothes. These measurements are standard European and tend to be a bit to the large size.
We don’t have physical headquarters in Hobro, but only our office address.
We usually work remotely and can therefore be located many different places both in Denmark and abroad.
If it turns out your product has a production fault (e.g. zipper, buttons or the like) within 2 years, then you can file a claim by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a picture and a description of the error and also your four-digit order number (it can be found in your order confirmation email.
We will usually offer to cover the repair costs as long as you send us the receipt. This can e.g. be having the zipper replaced at a tailor.
If the product is 100% new and still in the original packing then you can exchange the faulty product for a new one or get your money back. Faults that occur as a result of normal wear or damages that occur due to toothmarks, bites and scratches are not covered by us.
If you have ordered the wrong size and you wish to return it then then you have to order a return label at the nearest UPS packing point.

Fill out the paper (included in your package), where you can describe the problem and remember to include it in the return package.
Remember to state your order number (4 digits) and the reason for returning the product.
Once the package has been received and checked by our warehouse then you will get your money refunded.
If you wish to order a different size, then you must create a new order.
This procedure ensures the quickest possible processing time, and minimizes errors related to our available stock and warehouse.

Yes. We offer worldwide delivery. The freight varies depending on the country your parcel is being shipped to. Freight costs can be seen on the website during check out, but before payment is made.
All of our collections are specially designed limited editions. This means that we receive 1-2 consignments every season. We do not have any basic products in our range yet. We develop, optimize and design on an ongoing basis and usually about 10-12 months in advance. As a result, it can take time to implement feedback into our collections. DogCoach is a small company, and therefore it is not possible to have a large stock.
We are looking for influencers to promote our products worldwide on an ongoing basis. Usually we collaborate with profiles that have +2500 followers.
We don’t have a permanent team of ambassadors but instead we try to find exciting and active profiles on an ongoing basis. You are always welcome to send us an email with some information about your profile, and screenshots of your profile´s engagement and reach.
