FAQ

How do I return an item?

Did you receive a size that doesn’t fit, or doesn’t meet your expectations? No problem — you can of course return your item.

We offer a 30-day return, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

You can easily order a return label via our return portal here.

Fill out the form and you’ll automatically receive a return label for your product. Please note that the bag has a practical resealable function.

Once we receive the returned item, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Please note: your return will be marked as delivered to our transitional warehouse, but it is handled at our Danish warehouse. It may take 5–7 days between locations.

I’m unsure about my size - what should I do?

Check our size chart, where we list height, weight, and body measurements for each size.

You can also use our automatic size guide to get the most accurate size recommendation.

All products follow the same size chart.

Please note that all measurements refer to your body measurements (without clothing).

These measurements are based on standard European sizing and generally run slightly larger.

What's your delivery time?

You will typically receive your order within 3–4 days outside of Denmark.

Do you offer full returns?

If you received a size that doesn’t fit, we’ll of course help you sort it out.

Within 30 days, you can choose to receive a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, including hangtags.

Can I try on products at your warehouse?

Our warehouse is an external full-service warehouse, and it’s not possible to try on products there.

Where is your headquarters located?

DogCoach is a remote company and therefore doesn’t have a physical headquarters - only a registered office address.

We work 100% digitally, which means our team is based in various locations both nationally and internationally.

I have a complaint – what should I do?

If there’s a production defect with your DogCoach product (such as zippers, buttons, or other faults), you can submit a claim by sending an email to info@dogcoach.dk.

Please describe the issue and attach at least one photo of the defect.

You’ll need your order number (with hashtag) and your email address to file a claim.

IMPORTANT:
We offer a 100% waterproof guarantee on products with a membrane for up to 2 years from the purchase date.

Remember to avoid fabric softener and tumble drying.

The warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping (we're currently unable to ship to the UK).
