At DogCoach, we make life as a dog owner easier. Since 2016, we’ve been designing premium dog walking apparel with at least 10 thoughtfully developed features. We make sure you’re always ready to head out with clever details and pockets for treats, bags, and toys - so you can focus on what really matters: the moments you share with your dog.
If the size doesn’t fit or you’d like a different product, you can return your item free of charge within 30 days.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Simply order your return label via our return portal. Remember to enter your order number with a hashtag in the portal, e.g. #1001111.
Once we have received the item, the refund will be processed within 2 days.
Please note that your return will be marked as delivered to our transitional warehouse, but handled in our Danish warehouse. It can take 5-7 days between sites.
If you would like a different size, you can exchange your item free of charge within 30 days.
Exchanges are only possible for the same product and the same color, in a different size.
Please request the exchange via our portal.
If you would like a different color, you’ll need to create a return and place a new order.
